Walmart + iBotta = Great Prices on Essentials

I was busy checking the coupons in the Logan Banner (every week on Wednesday we get the inserts for the following Sunday just in case you didn't know) when I noticed that we have iBotta rebates that line up with them. I thought that some of you would be interested in these match ups. Some are even FREE!!!

In case you don't already have iBotta rebate app, please use my link to sign up. I will even help you to learn to use it if you need help.

Register | Ibotta

FREE RED BARON!!

The Red Baron Pizza is $3.98 at Walmart. There is a rebate of $4.49 in the app. I will try this one this week, but it does have the potential of being a $.51 money maker!

Lysol Laundry Sanitizer $1.97

This is a deal that I think a lot of people will be interested in. There are paper coupons for the Lysol Laundry Sanitizer for $1.50 off 1. Coupled with the $1.50 rebate, that makes each bottle $1.97! You can do this deal up to 5 times!

Persil $.94 a bottle

Persil is $4.94 at Walmart. Use the coupon below and save $2.00 then get back another $2.00 per bottle from iBotta. Final cost $.94 per bottle! You can also do this deal up to 5 times.

Foodland Ad January 20 through January 26

There are .50 off 1 paper coupons that we got in the 10/24 Smart Source inserts. If you still have these, they can be used on the hot dogs and bologna.

The meat prices are pretty decent, and we all know that the quality is typically really good at our local Towne-N-Country. I will drive the hour to get to that store when I need meats because it is well worth it. Also, you can really rack up on gas points.

Kroger ad 1-19 through 1-25

Here is the Kroger ad for this week:

Give me a few and I will check the digital and paper coupon match ups. I apologize for the late delivery.

Dollar General Cheat Sheet for Saturday January 15th 2022

 Hey y'all!!!

As promised, here is my personal cheat sheet for couponing at Dollar General for this week.

For the Scott all digital deal, pick up 1 Scott toilet paper for $5, 1 Scott paper towels for $5.50, 1 Cottonelle toilet paper for $5, and 4 of the Kleenex tissues for $1.50 each. If you scan every item as you pick them up, you will find a coupon that will attach. Make sure you clip each coupon as you go.

This is what I use when I coupon at Dollar General. I have found knowing what I have coupons for and what items have the higher savings is very helpful when I am in the store. Many people post scenarios that tell you exactly what to buy and how much it should cost out of pocket (OOP), but none that I have found will tell you what to do when you are in the store and can't find that item.

When I first started couponing using digital coupons, it never failed that the stores would be missing items from the deals I wanted to do. I tried winging it many times, but everything always went sideways. So, this was what I came up with to help myself to keep from paying way too much at the register.

So, take any deal or scenario you find that you like. When you get in the store and they don't have an item that you need, this is a quick reference that you can use to help keep your out of pocket under control.

If you have any questions, please feel free to shoot me a message on Facebook! I am happy to help in any way I can.

Until next time.......... HAPPY SAVING!!!!!

Kroger and Foodland Coupon Policies (updated)

A lot has changed in the years since I first started this blog. I felt with the new start to the blog, it would only be fitting to provide the updated coupon policies. These were taken from their respective websites.

The Kroger Company Coupon Policy

The Kroger Co. Family of Stores accepts paper and digital coupons. Customers who choose to participate in the digital coupon program are required to have a digital account with a valid, active Plus Card. Kroger Co. Associates or partners are prohibited from setting up or otherwise maintaining a digital account not specifically linked to that Associate or the Associate’s household.

A valid Plus Card or an Alternate ID is required to access a digital account in order to use digital coupons at the time of purchase.

Digital coupons and offers are deducted from a Customer’s total purchase prior to paper coupons or any other discounts, and cannot be added back or removed once the Card has been scanned.

Coupon Acceptance Criteria:

  • Limit one Store/Manufacturer coupon (paper or digital) per item purchased
  • Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon from the manufacturer
  • All coupons will be accepted at face value on the purchase of the correct description on the coupon:
    • Brand
    • Size
    • Quantity
    • Color
    • Flavor
  • Expired coupons will not be accepted
  • We do not accept coupons presented on an app or mobile device. We only accept digital coupons found on our App or our website.
  • We do not accept coupons that are copied, blurry, out of proportion, altered, or that will not scan at the point of sale
  • We limit coupons to three (3) of the same coupon per day, per household, unless otherwise noted restrictions on the coupon
  • If the order total is negative from coupon use the balance will be added to merchandise return card
  • Internet Coupons/Print at Home Coupons (PAH) — Additional restrictions:
    • “Free Item” Internet coupons can be accepted if all purchase criteria are met
    • Only one internet/PAH coupon per item will be accepted
    • Internet coupons may be limited to two (2) coupons per Customer in a single day

NEW YEAR NEW START!

Hello guys!!!

I know it has been a long time since I have posted. To be honest, I thought that my blog was long gone. I decided that I was going to start coming back in and giving all the match ups that I can find for our local stores and hopefully start to help again.

Just like before, I will do matches for Foodland and Kroger. However, I will also post the ads as soon as I get them so you can see any other deals that you may be interested in. As many of you know, Kroger now has digital coupons. This wasn't even available WAY back in the day when we were going before. I think at that time only Dollar General had digital coupons and they had just started.

Since the coupon scene has changed, I have changed and grown with them. Depending on how much interaction we get, we may start a public group on Facebook so everyone can see our information.

Now that our area Rite Aid stores have converted to Walgreens, and I have got pretty good at that store thanks to a friend, I also have someone to send you to for couponing deals at Walgreens. I hope you get on her site and enjoy her deals as much as I do.

Kroger starts their sale cycle on Wednesday, and Foodland on Thursday. I will do some digging and see what I can get for you.

I look forward to helping anyone I can.
